I am so looking forward later in the year in the Autumn, to take up a part time post as Music Director for Project Live http://www.2funkyarts.co.uk/site/projects_62.asp?catID=286
This is an ambitious new program me to develop exciting new young talent and prepare them for a career in the music industry. During the program, participants will develop new original songs with the Music Director and top class live musicians, then perform them at live showcase to an audience of music industry business professionals. The program me also offers the the opportunity to complete an Bronze or Silver qualification Bronze Silver as part of the scheme.
There will also be the chance for the participants , who will be recruited by a professional music industry panel, which includes Project Manager Vijay Patel, Bizzi Dixon, Mellow Baku and DJ Yes. To attend ‘go sees’ ie. to meet and talk with professional music artists at their gigs etc. and keep a journal to document their learning from special seminars with music industry professionals
